Ingredients of Elegant Touch London Nail Polish Remover Pads:
Propylene Carbonate (solvent, viscosity controlling), Propylene Glycol (moisturizer/ humectant, solvent, viscosity controlling), Parfum (fragrance), Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5, soothing, moisturizer/humectant), Denatonium Benzoate (soothing, moisturizer/ humectant) , Cinnamyl alcohol (perfuming), Coumarin (perfuming), Limonene (perfuming, solvent).
Propylene Glycol- It’s a solvent, humectant and to some extent a penetration enhancer. It also makes sure that a product doesn’t freeze or melt in low or high temperatures.
Panthenol- Its main job in skincare products is to moisturise the skin. It’s a humectant meaning that it can help the skin to attract water and then hold onto it. In nail polish removers, its job is to condition and strengthen the nails.
Propylene Carbonate- It acts as a solvent to break down and dissolve the film of nail polishes on the nails. It is an effective substitute for acetone, best used for nail polish removers.
Denatonium Benzoate (also known as Bitrex®) – A safe chemical mainly used to change the taste of the product just enough to prevent someone, especially children, from eating a substance that could cause them harm.

My Experience With Elegant Touch London Nail Polish Remover Pads (Review)
Ever since I tried MAVALA nail polish remover wipes, I have become a fan of easy-to-use remover pads. I am never going to purchase those liquid acetone-loaded remover bottles anymore! I spotted this product one day at the Sainsbury’s store and thought of trying it out. After using these pads for almost a year, here is my review!
Product Packaging & Texture:
Elegant Touch London nail polish remover pads come stacked inside a small pot secured with a tight lid. Each pot consists of 20 conditioning wipes. The packaging features its ingredients, shelf-life, directions and much more.
These Elegant Touch nail varnish remover pads are pre-soaked, thin, and have a strong fruity scent.
How I Use These Nail Polish Remover Wipes?
These Elegant Touch remover wipes are super thin. So be careful while taking out a pad, as you might pick two at a time! Anyway, to remove my nail polish, I take a single remover pad and gently hold it against my nails. With a gentle rubbing, traditional basic nail polish easily comes off! Sometimes I press the remover pad on my nail for 5 to 10 seconds before wiping off the polish. This process works wonders for stubborn nail paints!

Does Elegant Touch London Nail Polish Remover Pads remove nail paints effectively?
These acetone-free Elegant Touch nail polish remover pads gently and effectively remove nail paint from my nails. As I mentioned earlier in this blog post, to make the nail paint removal process faster, I press and hold the pad for a few seconds on each nail. The wipe instantly dissolves the nail polish and zaps every last trace of color, leaving my nails looking nourished, clean, and shiny 😍.
These remover wipes are infused with Pro-vitamin B5 (Panthenol) for strengthening & conditioning the nails, while the other ingredients help lift off the colors.
These conditioning Elegant Touch remover wipes never make my nails dry or brittle. Instead, they leave them greasy! Hence, I need to wash my hands after nail paint removal. Post-wash, I slather a good quantity of hand cream to moisturize my hands and nails. I like its strong scent and have never found it irritating!
I need two remover pads for my ten nails (both hands) to remove deep-colored nail paint. One pad is to remove the color, and the second pad is to wipe off the remains until I get squeaky clean nails. However, for the light-colored nail polishes, one wipe is sufficient to quickly clean nail varnish from both hands! This product is affordable, gentle, and easy to use. Hence, I feel it’s great value for money.
I mostly wear regular basic, gel, and lacquer nail polishes available on the market. I have never gone to a nail salon to date. Hence, I can’t comment on how these remover pads will work on strong acrylic, metallic, glitter, or poly gel nail varnishes! I hardly wear nail paints, so my nail polishes and remover pads last longer than my hand cream 😛.
Does Elegant Touch London Nail Polish Remover Pads Dry Out?
I’ve been using these acetone-free conditioning nail polish remover pads for the past year, and to my utter surprise, they didn’t dry out! Each wipe is still moist, like the first day. I have traveled with this product and found it super convenient.
Even though the pads are sort of wet, they don’t drip! But they do transfer a lot. So be extremely cautious while removing the nail polishes. I always use them in a clear space away from plastic or any important stuff. These pads are easy to carry in a makeup bag, handy, and perfect for people on the go.
I hope the brand revamps this product and makes the remover pads highly moisturizing by adding some more nourishing natural ingredients. I’ll keep purchasing these Elegant Touch remover pads until I find something better.
