GLOSSYBOX has designed two beautiful beauty boxes, namely ‘MIDNIGHT FANTASY’ & ‘ENCHANTED SPIRIT’ based on the theme ‘The Beauty Tales’ for this October month. I have received the ‘Enchanted Spirit’ beauty box. So, without any further delay, let’s do the Glossybox October 2020 unboxing!
What Is GLOSSYBOX And How It Works:
GLOSSYBOX is a monthly beauty subscription box that sends you five beauty products every month when you subscribe to it.
To know about its subscription plan, kindly check this post.
The Packaging of Glossybox Enchanted Spirit Box:
I am in love with the packaging of this Enchanted Spirit beauty box. GLOSSYBOX, you just did a great job regarding the design part! The cover of this blue colored beauty box reminds me of my most favorite Bengali book “Thakurmar Jhuli” (Grandmother’s bag), a collection of enchanting Bengali folk tales and fairy tales.

Everything Enchanting is featuring ENCHANTED SPIRIT box, how amazing! I give this beauty box packaging 5/5 stars!
What’s Inside the Glossybox October 2020 box:
So, this October, I have received three full-size products and two deluxe minis, plus a Cadbury chocolate! Last month, the chocolate was missing from my box, but this time, Glossybox didn’t forget it 😛
Luna By Luna Lipstick in the shade Pixie (Full Size):
The first full-size product that I have received is this beautiful pixie lipstick from the brand Luna By Luna.

Glossybox says, this lipstick is so luscious, you’ll think that it’s been plucked right out of a fairytale. Its smooth formula glides effortlessly onto your lips, covering them in a creamy and rich pigment that stays put for hours. Better yet, it won’t dry, fade or settle into lip lines. Simply sweep it onto your lips for a plush-looking, princess-worthy pout.
The lipstick shade is so beautiful. I hope this suits my medium-dark skin tone!
Price – £15 (Full size)
ILLAMASQUA HYDRA VEIL PRIMER:
The next product is this deluxe mini hydrating primer from the brand Illamasqua.

Part hydrator, part primer, Hydra veil instantly hydrates and smoothes skin through a self-leveling, futuristic clear gel. Microalgae, vitamin C and B3 work together to help maintain your skin’s hydration levels, creating a healthy-looking, balanced finish. Plant extracts also provide a calming and refreshing feeling, leaving skin fully prepped to apply your chosen foundation.
I like using hydrating primers for my combination skin. I am already using a primer from MAC (review is coming soon). So, yes, I am quite excited to use this product. Also, I love its cute packaging.
Price: Deluxe mini 7 ml worth £10 & Full Size 30ml is priced at £34.
Bubble T Cosmetics Fairy Dust Foaming Bath Powder (Full Size):
The next full-size product is this Fairy Dust Foaming Bath Powder from the brand Bubble T Cosmetics brand.

Glossybox says, create a relaxing concoction to bathe in thanks to this mystical fairy dust. Its luscious lavender scent will put you into a dreamy haze and prepare you for deep sleep. Simply sprinkle the foaming powder into a warm bath whilst the water is still running, then slip into your potion to absorb its soothing powers.
I have never tried bath powders. The product seems absolutely perfect for my next weekend me-time pampering sessions. Moreover, it has lavender! Do you like bath powders?
Price – £5.99 (Full size)
Crabtree And Evelyn Smooth + Refine Body Lotion:
The next deluxe mini product that I got is this body lotion from the brand Crabtree And Evelyn.

This unique lotion has the power to deeply moisturize and gently exfoliate your body in one step. Packing in hydration without the heaviness, this formula is refreshing, fast-absorbing, and moisturising thanks to a blend of soothing black currant oil, apple fruit extract, and Vitamin E. While the apple AHAs work to smooth dry, dull skin over time. Gently massage it into your clean skin to leave it feeling soft and moisturised.
The product packaging is sealed, but somehow I noticed that it has a lovely fragrance. I like using nice scented body lotions.
Price – Deluxe mini 15ml worth £4 and full size 250ml product is priced at £19.50.
The Beauty Crop Stargazing Blush Duo – Orion Glow (Full Size):
Last but not least, got this full-size blush duo from the brand The BeautyCrop. I am so confused regarding the shade name. On the main website, when I searched stargazing blush duo, it didn’t show me any shade name, just box names appeared like purple and blue.

Now, I have received the purple box, and the shade name ‘Orion Glow’ is written on the back of it! However, I can’t find the Orion Glow shade name or details anywhere on the web. Anyway, why bother with the name (naam mein kya rakkha hai)! The blush duo set has brown colored matte shade and reddish-pink colored shimmer shade.
The product says Stargazing Blush Duo is the perfect way to dazzle and enhance your complexion. The talc-free pressed powder blush duo is finely milled to deliver a velvety smooth finish. The long-wearing formula blends evenly and seamlessly to give a soft-focus radiance. The duo contains one matte and one shimmer shade that can be used alone or paired together for a natural glow.
Price: £18
Finally, the enchanting box ‘Enchanted Spirit’ came with a yummy chocolate!

Now, it’s time for sneak peek!
GLOSSYBOX NOVEMBER 2020 SNEAK PEEK:
Hey glossies, next month, GLOSSYBOX will be celebrating the magic of makeup, starting with a highly pigmented eyeshadow palette by LASplash! The palette has eight gorgeous shades and is worth £29!

So, these are the five beauty treats (plus a bar of chocolate) that I have received this month in the GLOSSYBOX Special edition ‘ENCHANTED SPIRIT’ beauty box. The box consists of three skincare products and two full-size makeup products. However, this month they sent us deluxe minis that are too tiny and won’t last long as well!
EE Rating:
5/5
Suffice to say,
I am highly impressed with GLOSSYBOX October 2020 Enchanted Spirit beauty box. The concept, the curated contents, the presentation, box design, everything is perfect. Glossybox has just nailed it!
Unfortunately, this is my last Glossybox for this year. I have unsubscribed to it this month. No, not because I have had any bad experience with this brand, it’s because I want to finish all the products that I’ve received so far in my beauty boxes. I would have canceled Birchbox too, but I am on their 6-months-plan. Since I opted for monthly glossybox plan, the cancellation process was easier. Hopefully, I’ll finish the products this year, and by next year January 2021, I’ll again subscribe to it. I know I am weird, but can’t help it 😛
