Let’s talk about the beautiful pendant & chain first!
Buckley London Double Heart Pendant features two interlocking hearts made of brass base metal with imitation gold plating. The larger heart is outlined in a gold-toned metal, with a hollow center and polished finish and a smaller heart is partially encrusted with shimmering clear stones. The larger one seems to have a slightly thicker outline compared to the stone-set heart 🙂!
The two hearts are linked together, symbolizing a connection or bond, creating a balanced and romantic design ❤️. The double heart pendant hangs gracefully from a delicate gold-toned chain, which has a decent thickness; not too delicate, but not overly chunky either!
The necklace has a standard lobster claw style clasp, which blends seamlessly with the chain, feels secure and easy to open and close. It’s well-fitted to the chain and doesn’t tug or twist when worn. While the clasp is functional, it might be a little fiddly for those with larger fingers, like my husband! He had a hard time helping me fasten and unfasten the necklace. He is an impatient person, though 🤣!

Honestly, I hate it when necklaces feel heavy and rough on my skin 😕. This gold-plated chain is lightweight and sits comfortably on the neck without feeling flimsy. I also noticed the edges are smooth, so there’s no roughness against the skin.
One thing that annoys me the most is that the pendant moves and flips when I walk 😭! So before taking every photo or video, I had to make sure it was placed right at the center of my neck and looked absolutely perfect. I think next time I’ll add a transparent double-sided fashion tape or lash glue, so it stays glued to my skin and doesn’t shift or move at all. Easy solution, haha 😜 !
Buckley London Double Heart Earrings Set Review:
The Buckley London Double Heart earrings mirror the design of the outlined heart in the pendant and are made from brass base metal with imitation gold plating. Each stud earring is heart-shaped with a neat outline of pavé-style stones with a hollow center, offering a dainty and sparkling finish 🤩!
The earring findings are posts with butterfly backs, also gold-plated to match the earring design! The butterfly hooks are lightweight and comfortable for extended wear and they provide a very secure closure, which gives peace of mind 🙂.

Buckley London Double Heart Pendant & Earrings Set Review (My experience):
I always feel nervous when ordering jewelry online because of my past not-so-great experiences. It has always been a hit or miss case as a few of my online-bought earrings (including PR gifts) didn’t look as high-quality and sophisticated as I had hoped 😕! Thankfully, this is not the case with the Buckley London set! It looks exactly like what’s advertised on the official website, and I’m so happy about it.
The imitation gold plating of this double heart pendant and earrings duo is even, has a subtle finish and doesn’t look overly yellow or artificial 😍.
Although the chain links have a decent thickness, I wouldn’t recommend wearing it every day. I love that the earrings and pendant hang nicely and feel balanced when worn. I especially despise wearing heavy earrings with a flimsy necklace 🙃.
The best part is you can mix or match them with almost anything 😀. Whether you wear them together or separately, they are perfect for adding a touch of elegance and sentimentality to any look!
I wore these jewelry pieces a couple of times already over the past few weeks and got so many lovely compliments! Many of you probably noticed this set in my anniversary outing photos, right?
I wore the duo during my recent day trip to the tulip fields and again that evening on my dinner date! I wore them for a straight 8 hours and didn’t experience any irritation or allergy, mind you, I do have sensitive skin 😉!
As an Indian with a warm undertone, I mostly prefer wearing gold-toned jewelry to silver. This is how this muted gold-toned necklace and earrings look on my medium-dark, sunburnt skin tone 🙂.
The Double Heart motif symbolizes love and connection ❤️. So if you’re looking for a meaningful or romantic jewelry gift for yourself or your loved ones, this set is a wonderful option.
