My Experience With Foreo Supercharged Serum 2.0 (Review):
I received this serum along with FOREO’s BEAR™ 2 microcurrent device as a PR gift a year ago. Although the Supercharged Serum 2.0 is specifically developed for use with all microcurrent devices to improve wrinkles, skin firmness, and elasticity, you can also use it normally with your other moisturizers every day (that is, if its price doesn’t bother you 😛).
Product Packaging:
This supercharged serum comes in a classy rose-gold metallic container with pump packaging. I believe it is the newly revamped version of FOREO’s ‘SERUM SERUM SERUM’ product. All the necessary information is printed on both the outer cardboard packaging and the product container. It is absolutely travel-friendly.
Product Texture:
The FOREO Supercharged Serum 2.0 has a gel-like texture, almost reminiscent of glycerin, with a runny consistency. It is alcohol-free, fragrance-free, and essential oil-free, making it perfect for sensitive skin types.
How I use it?
I take a tiny amount of this Supercharged Serum and apply it to my freshly cleansed face, neck, and décolleté. I use it alongside the BEAR™ 2 microcurrent facial massage device and follow it with my hydrating moisturizer.

What it does?
The FOREO Supercharged Serum 2.0 is composed of nourishing ingredients such as 5 Hyaluronic Acids, Glycerin, Squalane, Vitamin E, Ceramides, Amino Acids, and Panthenol. It applies beautifully, leaving the skin slightly sticky and greasy at first. If you’ve used glycerin before, you’ll recognize the texture 😉.
Upon application, the serum takes a while to absorb into the skin. Once fully absorbed, it leaves your skin feeling intensely hydrated and radiant for a good amount of time. You can skip moisturizer if you want, but since it contains 5 Hyaluronic Acids, I recommend applying a thin layer of moisturizer on top for enhanced nourishment.
For use with any microcurrent device, a water-based serum is essential. FOREO claims this extra-conductive serum has been upgraded with an innovative Electrolyte Complex, designed to transfer even more microcurrent from the device to the skin. This makes the Serum 2.0 a must-have if you use their BEAR™ or LUNA™ Plus devices regularly.
That said, this serum is undeniably costly 😕. It’s wise to purchase it during sale seasons like Black Friday or other festive sales. While you can use other affordable water-based hydrating serums with your microcurrent gadgets, the Serum 2.0’s potent anti-aging infusion, free from harmful ingredients makes it the best option for maximizing the benefits of your favorite skin-tech treatments ❤️.
When using the BEAR™ 2 facial massage device, I apply a small amount of this Supercharged Serum 2.0 to one area of my skin at a time. This ensures the device glides smoothly and is easier to manage. I love how effective this duo is 😍! My full review of the BEAR™ 2 device is coming up soon, so stay tuned. Meanwhile, don’t miss out on some amazing discounts on this device and other products (check PRICE section above).
Oh, and did I mention? Sometimes, I use this serum under my foundation as a serum-cum-moisturizer. It makes my makeup look incredibly smooth and radiant, especially during the colder months 🙂!
My combination-dry, sensitive, acne-prone skin absolutely adores this product ❤️. I don’t have significant wrinkles or sagging skin yet, so I can’t comment on its effectiveness in those areas. However, I’ve noticed that the duo (Serum + BEAR™ 2) has visibly improved my dry and dull skin condition. Aside from its exorbitant price, I have no complaints.

CONCLUSION:
Overall,
The FOREO Supercharged Serum 2.0 is the best water-based, extra-conductive, fragrance-free, and essential oil-free serum to use alone or with any microcurrent device. If you’re in the market for a new hydrating serum, I highly recommend giving this one a try 👌🏻.
I absolutely love this product and can’t recommend it enough!

Sounds like a great serum. I always love trying out different serums. Sounds like this would be a good one to try.
I don’t currently use any skin products or creams on my face. I probably should as I’m nearing the age of 50. Thankfully I feel like I’ve aged gracefully.
